From the founder
Why I built Hecta

I spent six years working in Australian agriculture, mostly around the operations and harvest side. And almost everywhere I looked, the same thing was holding it together: spreadsheets. Farms run on them to keep costs down — orders, stock, harvests, the lot — until the spreadsheet becomes its own second job.

I won't pretend I ran the farm-gate stall myself. But I know that mess, and what it costs in late nights and lost time. The tools that promised to fix it either didn't fit how farms actually work, or cost more than a farm could ever justify.

So I built the one I wished those farms had: affordable, built for a real season, and yours — your customers, your brand, not ours.
